Creative journalling is a form of self expression that allows you to record, give meaning to and process your thoughts, feelings and emotions. It can be used to work through problems and stress, unlock your creative block, or as a form of relaxation. Creative journalling helps you to identify and make sense of feelings, using creativity allows expression to come from within, working along side a person trained in therapeutic art helps you to make sense of and process what may have been released into the image or text. You will never be expected to discuss or share anything that you don't want to and you absolutely do not have to have any previous art experience or be 'good' at art. In these workshops, which are to be booked in 3 week blocks, all materials are provided.
