ABOUT

I am a HCPC registered Art Psychotherapist with experience working across schools, community settings, and private practice.

My work is grounded in psychotherapy and shaped by each individual. I take an integrative approach, meaning I draw on different ways of working to support you,  whether that’s through conversation, creative exploration, or both.

I have experience supporting people with anxiety, trauma, identity, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. At the centre of my work is the therapeutic relationship, creating a space that feels safe, steady, and non-judgemental.

HOW I WORK

Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible.

Some sessions are primarily conversational, giving you space to talk things through, explore patterns, and reflect more deeply.

For some, creative approaches can be helpful in accessing thoughts or feelings that are harder to put into words,  but this is always optional.

There is no right way to do therapy. We find what works for you.

DO I HAVE TO USE ART?

No.

Many clients choose to work entirely through talking therapy. Creative approaches are simply another option, offered where they feel useful, never expected.
