Hello, I’m Jen — a qualified and registered Art Therapist and Psychotherapist, passionate about the healing power of creativity. My training is approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and I am a full member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT). I am also DBS checked, ensuring a safe and professional space for the people I work with.

I believe that creativity is more than self-expression — it is a pathway to connection, transformation, and wholeness. Through art and imagery, we can access parts of ourselves that words alone may not reach, opening the door to deeper healing and self-discovery.

When working with me, you will always be met with compassion, respect, and guidance. You will never be expected to share more than you feel ready for, and you certainly don’t need to be “good” at art to benefit from art therapy — it is the process, not the product, that holds the power.

I currently offer one-to-one art therapy online, group workshops, and therapeutic art sessions in community settings. Alongside this, I run creative wellness workshops at festivals and women’s circles — weaving the therapeutic nature of art with the sacredness of gathering in circle.

Affordability and accessibility are important to me, which is why I offer concessions where possible, to help make therapy more available to those who need it.

At the heart of my work lies the belief that creativity is a sacred act — a way to reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with the wider rhythms of life. My approach is both professional and holistic, blending clinical training with a spiritual sensitivity that honours the whole person.
